Legend has it a murdered child haunts East Lake Park in Birmingham, Alabama. Could there be truth behind the chilling tales? Or are the stories nothing more than myths inspired by horrific murders that haunt Birmingham to this day?

“For the past five years or so, I have constantly felt like the spirit of a young child has been following me,” writes the OP. “I attended church with my mama, and all of a sudden I felt chilled and all the hairs on my arms began to stand up. I asked her to take a picture and this is what we captured.”
What do you make of the image? Real ghost or ghost app prank?
“My dad owns a triplex and we always lived in one apartment as a kid while he rented the other two. When I was around 4 or 5 years old, my cousin and I started playing with a girl named Bridget. She was around our age, although she did seem really shy. I didn’t know this until years later, but apparently our parents assumed she was an imaginary friend because they had no clue who we were talking about. One day Bridget just stopped showing up.
Fast forward about ten years…one of dad’s tenants was mega pregnant, had her baby, came back a few days later, and was talking to dad. She asked kind of nervously if dad thought the house was haunted. He shrugged, said he believed it was possible, and then ‘Why do you ask?’ She kind of relaxed when he said he believed it was possible and told him this:
The photos above were taken from the “Haunted Farm Cam” in 2005. The image on the right allegedly shows a ghostly child (near chair) playing hide and seek with a living boy. What do you think? As far as I can tell, Haunted Farm Cam no longer exists. Does anyone know differently?
