Ghost Photo: The Sorrowful Nanny

Does this photo show the ghost of a guilt-ridden nanny?

Taken at the Langsmeade House in Oxford, England, the picture above seems to show a white figure standing near an upper-level window. Legend has it a nanny’s ghost lurks in the home because a child in her care died after falling from a tree on the property. The Langsmeade House is now a bed and breakfast, and guests and staff reportedly see the nanny’s ghost, as well as a young boy’s spirit. Could it be the same child that fell from the tree?

Ghost Photo: Girl in the Hall

Taken at the City Hall of Vegas del Genil in Granada, Spain, this photo reportedly shows a ghostly child in the hallway. But is it real?

A councilman working late one night encountered the spirit after hearing odd noises in the hall.

“It was an abnormally cold in the Town Hall, so I put on my coat and went to the bathroom,” the councilman told a reporter. “Then I started to hear strange noises down the hall, as if someone were dragging a box of paper. I immediately shouted ‘José Miguel!’ thinking it was the security guard. But the guard had not been in the town hall for some time.”

Fearing thieves had broken into the building, the councilman pulled out his cell phone to call the police but decided to take a photo first. He was horrified to see the image of a ghostly girl. What do you think of the picture?

Ghost Photo: The Woman on the Stairs

Here’s another photo from Colorado’s infamously haunted Stanley Hotel. Is the woman in white a ghost?

The picture appeared on Reddit’s r/paranormal where some readers think the photo is paranormal. Others think the “ghost” is merely an ordinary woman who was moving at the time of the photo, thus creating the eerie blur. What do you think?

Located in Estes Park, the Stanley Hotel is reportedly home to several spirits and was the inspiration behind Steven King’s The Shining. Check more more Stanley ghost photos here, here, and here.

Ghost Photo: Phantom Pilgrim

A reader writes:

“My girlfriend and I went on a ghost history tour of downtown Plymouth, MA. The first stop on the tour was a memorial located at the burial site of many pilgrims from the 1600s. My girlfriend took a picture in the direction of the monument and captured a ghostly figure in the foreground. I would love for someone to look at this picture, as I cannot explain what it is.

To us, it looks like a woman standing to the side. It’s a pretty clear figure. There is not a head visible though. I have had many friends look at it and I get the same reaction from all of them. I can assure you this picture is real and 100% authentic.”

What do you think of the photo? Could the figure be a pilgrim’s ghost? Please share your thoughts in the comments below.
