I was just there. walking by from the lower levels looking up, every room has a fixture/ceiling fan (no AC) that seems to have an unusual shape from that distance and angle. It would be easy to mistake for a figure, especially in a place where you are already pre-disposed to looking for that kind of thing. I’d bet this pic could easily be recreated from the ground level on nearly every room.
