  2. I was a skeptic of the whole thing until I saw the News report with Danny’s testimony as well as the trailer with the man himself speaking.

He’s no liar. But he introduced an interesting new piece of information :

According to Daniel, his Ex-Marine father George Lutz was a Dabbler in the Occult, particularly Satanism and Black Magick.

In part of this article I’ll share with you, he mentions how Lutz actually moved an object telekinetically at their old home before moving into the Amittyville house.

I don’t think he’s lying. The poor man is clearly emotionally destroyed from his experience with George Lutz, he even details physical abuse from Lutz on him and his siblings.

I’m more inclined to believe him than I am his bastard step father. This poor man actually left his home at 15 to live homeless for years and is estranged from both his children.

He lives as a stonemason in New York. I’m sorry, but if he was making money off of it, I fail to see where he’s becoming rich and famous now. More like poor and infamous.

If what Daniel Lutz says is true, the activity had nothing to do with the house itself but with George Lutz’s dabblings in Satanism.

It may have fed on the residual negativity left in the home itself and used the energy from the DeFeo murder at the house as an Antenna to become stronger. The power from a murder is enough to amp up the activity from demons.

That’s why places where no black magick was performed, but had histories of violence or murder are sometimes infested with demons. It leaves a mark on the land which like a wound festers until someone spiritual can come along to cleanse, and over time heal the wound.

This is just speculation on my part of course, I wasn’t there so how am I to know what actually happened? But I doubt this guy would go through reliving it again for kicks. He’s been through enough already.

And I fail to see how he’s making money off of this. What do you think?

The Documentary is on youtube btw but they’ll charge you $3.99 to view it. Still cheaper than seeing it in theater. For $4.99 you can see it on youtube in HD just type it in and you’ll see it.

And he didn’t make any profit from the documentary and the guy who made it is himself a self-confessed skeptic though he admits something must’ve taken place there.

    Here’s the news article :

  3. I believe! I can relate to Danny in the most simplest of statements where…….. “I have had unbelievable things happen to me and people say to me, IT DID NOT HAPPEN”. I wish I could send an email directly expressing this. Incredible documentary and an incredible man!

  4. Christopher, who was 7 and 8 at the time, stated pretty much the same thing that Danny did–and has for some time. They both claim George was into the occult and released demons and spirits by ceremony into the home which followed them afterwards. Which would explain why no one else has reported a haunting at the house since. And neither liked George one bit, so they have no need to perpetuate a fraud.
