Taken at the old Fort Douglas Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT, this photo reportedly shows a ghost in a straitjacket. Sorry but I believe its either a LIVE person or a mannequin. If you look at his feet you can just make out a bit of a shadow.
I think he is patient…
