Battle of the Ghost Pics: Staircase Showdown
Here we have four pics of alleged ghosts hanging out on or near a staircase. What do you think of the images? Share your thoughts in the comment section below or vote for your favorite pic in the poll. Why do ghosts like stairs so much anyway?
Photo A
“The story behind this pic from Malaysian Ghost Research is that a government worker snapped this picture, and the figure in white inexplicably turned up. He insists no one was there at the time of the photo and that a colleague once saw something in the same spot.” – Originally published on August 8, 2013.
Photo B
“This photo came from the 176-year-old Perkins Stone Mansion in Akron, OH. Did they capture a ghost climbing the stairs?” – Originally published on June 13, 2013.
Photo C
“In 1936, photographers from Country Life magazine captured the Brown Lady on camera while visiting Raynham Hall in Norfolk, England. Legend has it the ghost is Lady Dorothy Walpole.” – Originally published on April 27, 2012.
Photo D
“A teen snapped this photo while attending a wedding at Scotland’s Tulloch Castle in 2008. According to an article in The Sun, the castle dates back to the 1200s and is reportedly haunted by a woman known as The Green Lady.” – Originally published on July 20, 2013.
As a photo, I like C (classic!), however I should add that I have investigated Tulloch castle and can confirm that it is an interesting location, since I have myself captured certain anomalies (like a ghostly face in one of the windows, etc) in some of the photos…
I would have to agree with Anonymous…The Brown Lady has always been a favorite of mine. My other favorite is the Tulip staircase ghost.. even tho it’s been debunked, it was both of these photos that got me interested in ghosts and hauntings as a child. 🙂
The brown lady is a fake because if you look closely it looks as if it were a bug there or something. The first photo is real because Malaysia is reportedly the most haunted country in the world for some reason.
