Ghost Video: Did a Ghost Push These Boxes Down the Stairs?
First bells, now boxes. England’s latest CCTV ghost footage shows a pile of boxes tumbling down the stairs, but is the paranormal to blame?
According to an article in the Mirror, traders arriving for work at the Wellington Indoor Market in Telford found a pile of boxes at the foot of the stairs. They naturally turned to security footage to see who was behind the mess, but the tape (below) contained a shocking surprise: a shadowy figure pulling the boxes from their perch.
“We couldn’t believe what we saw. All the hairs stood up on the back of my neck,” said market manager Kay Boakye. “There was nobody there when the boxes fell off. We watched it again and we could see the shadow walking up the stairs then chucking the boxes over.”
According to employees, other eerie events at the old market include disembodied coughing, slamming doors, and hand dryers that start on their own.
Personally, I’m not impressed with this CCTV recording. Despite watching the video four times, I couldn’t spot the “shadowy figure,” and it’s far more likely that a person is pushing the boxes from the other side or that someone edited the footage. What do you think?
I could see the figure pretty clear but, it wasn’t much of a shadow figure it was more of a distorting figure because it almost had the same effect as looking through rounded glass but i did see it walk up the stairs and “pull” the boxes off of that ledge.
