“This story took place much earlier than the previous one I told, so I was much younger.
I enlisted in the French Foreign Legion at the age of 19. Now, I cannot reveal much here, such as the country or the nature of our business there, but I will make it as understandable as possible. I was a young corporal at the time this happened, I was in the ‘2e Régiment étranger de parachutistes’ (2nd Foreign Parachute Regiment). Our unit was advancing through a landscape of mountains with dense forest and snow. Now, maybe we were delusional from the extremely cold conditions and our aching feet, but we all remember what we saw and experienced that night.
“My name is Romain and I live in Greece. I want to share a story that happened to me when I was 13 years old.
I used to live in a small village near the mountains. I never believed in ghosts or any other paranormal beings, but what I witnessed was f***ing scary.
It was late at night when it happened. I was sitting outside with my father and my brother. It was summer but it was cloudy. I remember that because I looked at the moon as it emerged from the clouds. Suddenly we heard a strange, creepy howl.
“About 10 years ago, my grandparents moved out of the home they had lived in for 50 years. My grandmother’s family owned the home and adjacent lot, and my grandmother had inherited the property.
My great-grandmother moved into the home with my grandparents when her health started to deteriorate. They put in an add-on room and a bathroom at the back of the house, and that’s where my great-grandmother spent most of her time. She died elsewhere, but after my great-grandmother passed, my grandmother said she could hear her. Weird things would also happen throughout the home. My mom also felt and heard my great-grandmother.
